Owned by Trinity Software Australia, a private company based in Cairns Australia, ResPax is a Microsoft Business Partner, Google accredited agency and Google Channel partner. Trinity acquired LIVN in 2023.

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of ResPax Australia, Tony is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company.

He is passionate about making reservation software that helps businesses compete now and, in the future, using his wealth of knowledge in accounting, business, travel and IT.

Josh Mayer

Head of Sales

With many years of experience working exclusively with Reservation Technology, Josh has a keen eye for understanding the needs of operators and how our solution can solve their problems.

An avid traveller, with a background in Finance and Telecommunications.

David Skinner


With over 10 years’ experience in the travel industry as well as 20 years in and around professional services, His work history includes organisations that Livn integrates with and services such as Traveltek, Trailfinders and American Express. This gives him the unique advantage of dual perspective to effectively understand and deliver on our customer’s needs.


Em Strojny

Operations Manager

With a foundation rooted in a love for travel cultivated through family cruise holidays and an exchange trip to America at the age of 15. Em has nurtured a profound appreciation for exploration and cultural immersion. Dedicating her career to the dynamic realm of tourism. Driven by a passion for enhancing accessibility and simplifying processes within the tourism, Em remains resolute in her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the industry.

Peter O’Brien


With over 25 years experience in managing, designing and delivering IT projects across Tourism, Banking, Finance, Distribution and Medical sectors, Peter is passionate about growing productive and agile teams to build out innovative solutions for the travel industry.

When he’s not immersed in tech or scheming up the next big thing, you’ll find him trading his keyboard for a fishing rod. He finds his happy place casting lines and reeling in big catches.
