  • Dynamic pricing & availability: Livn displays only dynamic pricing & availability via API connectivity with your chosen reservations system.
  • Your tours at your sell/retail rate: Livn sells all tours at your sell/retail rate, eliminating any chance of undercutting. If you decrease or increase the sell price of a tour this is passed onto our distribution partners via the API. Whatever sell price you have in the API is what we sell at, we do not have the functionality to manipulate rates.
  • Complete transparency: Distribution partners are aware of who is providing each tour. Livn does not claim to be the operator of any tours. Your logo and company name are front & centre.
  • Variable commission structures: Livn can accommodate variable commission levels based on tours, not passenger type. Although not ideal, our system can most certainly handle this.
  • A variety of payment methods: For suppliers located outside of Australia we pay via WEX VCC (Virtual Credit Card). These cards are processed the same way you process your standard credit cards. The virtual credit card is pre-loaded with the net amount owed in your local currency.
  • Direct Connect with your chosen reseller: Already have existing commercial relationships with some of Livn’s resellers? We may be in a position to power a connection on your behalf based on our Direct Connect Model. Talk to us to find out more.
  • Connection to Australian & New Zealand Visitor Centres: Tour Operators based in Australia & New Zealand can benefit from the partnership between Livn and Bokeasy – a Tourism Destination System deployed in over than 200 Visitors Centres. The Livn integration replaces the previous manual and labour intensive process of using phone calls. It allows tourism operators to book your products online, with dynamic availability and pricing, freeing up your reservations team to take other enquiries.
